ZAPI Controllers · MDI-PRC 19
Logic Failure #1

What this code means

This alarm signals that an overvoltage / undervoltage protection operation has occurred.

Applies to: ZAPI AC-0 SSL Sensored inverter (traction & pump configuration).

Possible causes / checks (from the source)

Normally the overvoltage occurs due to the regenerative braking energy increasing the battery voltage; the undervoltage of the logic supply, can be due to a depletion in the key voltage (e.g. when the pump inrush current makes the battery temporary collapsed). So first of all check for your failure mode then contact the Zapi technician to look for a countermeasure. As a matter of fact this alarm may occurs also for a HW failure and, in this case, it is necessary to replace the Controller.

Need the part?

If diagnosis points to a failed sensor, solenoid, controller or harness part, send us the code (MDI-PRC 19), machine model and serial number — we quote genuine and OEM replacement parts for export.
