What this code means

Failure-mode error: unload solenoid open circuit or load short abnormality. Effect per source: traveling and material handling remain enabled even after the driver leaves the seat.

Applies to: 8-series IC forklift (8FGU15).

Possible causes / checks (from the source)

Connector contact defect; harness defect; unload solenoid defect; SAS/OPS ECU defect. Check connectors A12 and A20 for disconnection and water entry.
